The bracelet has a lot of silver, a great feeling weight that is super comfortable. The bracelet is just about 1 inch wide, so it gives a nice snug feeling, especially as the silver warms up to your skin temperature.
With this design, I received first place at the 2018 NM State Fair Jewelry Competition--Chainmaille category.
PROFESSIONAL CRAFTSMANSHIP
Other than the clasp and stones, this is all handmade.
--I made the rings by hand.
--Rings are carefully saw cut to exact specifications.
--All cut edges are lightly filed for a smooth, scratch-free finish.
--All rings are closed evenly so they won't open or scratch.
--Rings near the clasp are welded(!) to guarantee they won't open or come loose.
--The final piece is hand washed cleaned then polished in a tumbler for a professional shine.
In brief - I made this so you can enjoy it.
ABOUT WELDING
End rings are welded closed for a durable yet comfortable piece of jewelry. Welding rings takes a very long time, but it ensures that you will enjoy this jewelry for years (and generations!).
MADE / MODIFIED TO ORDER
Please allow me 1 - 2 weeks to make or modify this bracelet to your specified length before shipping.
WHAT LENGTH SHOULD I ORDER?
Length depends on two things: type of clasp and your preferences for looseness. For this bracelet, I use a tube clasp. I recommend that you add about 1/4 inch to your wrist size (but you can go slightly shorter if you prefer a tighter fit, or longer for a looser fit). Because of the design, this bracelet is offered only in 0.5-inch increments. If in doubt, go larger.
A LITTLE ABOUT ME
I have been making this style of jewelry since 2006, and I have won first place at the NM State Fair Jewelry Competition--chainmaille category for SEVEN consecutive years: 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021, and 2022 (no fair in 2020). This design won the 2018 competition. I also enjoy teaching other artisans how to make these beautiful designs, both in person and through my tutorials.
